We are on the lookout for more people to join our pool of casuals for the 2024 event season at Goodwood, to help deliver our events and create unforgettable experiences for all of our visitors.
We have two headline motorsport events remaining, plus 19 days of horseracing, so it’s a busy calendar for us!
Positions vary between events, but may include Ticket Scanners, Information Stewards, Hosts and Ticket Collections as well as driving roles including Buggy Drivers and Tractor Drivers. Some roles may involve using a laptop or handling cash, but this will be discussed before allocating roles.
Festival of Speed – 11th – 14th July
Qatar Goodwood Festival – 30th July – 3rd August
Revival – 6th – 8th September
Please be aware that we published shifts for the 2024 event season back in January; therefore, we are fully staffed for a lot of our events this year. If shifts do become available, we will reach out to those with the relevant availability. Shifts will not be automatically assigned when your application has been approved.
We welcome people from all backgrounds, however, due to the nature of the events and the lengths of some of the shifts, we cannot accept applications from people under the age of 16. Please note that if your application is successful, shifts will be prioritised to those that can work every day of each event.
Goodwood is in a rural location and has restricted access by public transport, so reliable transport is essential.
If you or someone you know would like the chance to be involved in our world-famous events and experience them first hand, please click to apply.
Basic hourly rate £11.44, plus holiday allowance = £12.82
